For over 50 years, the Shiu Pong Group has developed, constructed, and managed commercial, residential, and industrial real estate properties around the world. Our journey began in Hong Kong in 1957, where we built the city’s first high-rise industrial building, setting the foundation for a legacy of impactful developments across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and later, Canada. With a wealth of experience spanning multiple continents, we have completed numerous large-scale projects globally, positioning ourselves as a leader in both property development and management.

A LEGACY OF REAL
ESTATE EXCELLENCE
Shiu Pong Group is rooted in a proud family history. In 1926, Henry and Daniel Hung’s grandfather founded Wai Tak Land Investment & Loan Co. Ltd., one of Hong Kong’s largest mortgage lenders at the time. Their father later incorporated Shiu Pong (Hong Kong) in 1957, laying the foundation for what is now The Shiu Pong Group.
Today, Henry and Daniel are grateful for the vision and foundation their grandfather and father established. They continue the family’s commitment to integrity, vision, and quality, remaining dedicated to creating lasting communities and upholding the legacy of excellence that has defined the business for generations.

THE GENERATIONS
Innovation has been at the heart of Shiu Pong Group since its inception. Wai Tak, the company’s forebear, pioneered Hong Kong’s first multi-tenanted industrial high-rise, a concept quickly adopted across the city. This spirit of vision and adaptability continues to shape the Shiu Pong Group’s approach.
In 2013, Shiu Pong enhanced its service offerings through a strategic acquisition, further establishing our position as a trusted, full-service property management provider.
